C&S Campus Programs offers three options for hands-on learning and networking, while earning a competitive salary:

Leadership Development Programs – Launch your career at C&S in our multi-functional business program as you rotate through multiple business areas like Business Leadership, Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales, Engineering, Warehouse Operations Planning, or Finance.

Internships – Learn real world skills working with C&S between academic sessions.

Co-op – Engage in meaningful, interesting and challenging work assignments that supplement your classroom skills while attending classes, typically a six to seven month commitment.

The Finance Rotational Program jumpstarted my career and was an amazing opportunity to learn about several aspects of corporate finance. Graduating with a degree in math and economics, I knew I wanted to pursue a career in the corporate side of finance, I just did not know where I wanted to focus. Through several rotations including the planning and capital market groups, I learned that I really enjoy helping the organization plan for the future, whether it was creating the next year’s budget or placing new bonds and refinancing the company’s capital structure. I cannot think of another place where I could have been so impactful and exposed to senior management this early in my career.
