The Analyst, Digital Marketing assists with the marketing, promotion, development, and support of the company's national Omni-Channel Digital Marketing (OCDM) solutions and platforms. The role will work with team members in Retail Services, cross-functional teams, vendor/partners, and directly with retail customers to provide an exceptional digital marketing Customer Experience. The Digital Marketing Analyst works with other team members and the Retail Services Leadership Team to demonstrate the Company's Values, execute the Company's Strategic Objectives, and continually elevate the Customer Experience.
Market and support our retail customers with Omni-Channel Digital Marketing (OCDM) solutions including websites, kiosks, shopper apps, eCommerce, digital coupons, social media, email/text, personalized digital marketing, shopper data analytics, and other in-store marketing solutions.
Support and assist with the development and coordination of CPG-funded programs to support the OCDM strategy working with cross-functional teams in Marketing and Merchandising.
Support and assist with the development, coordination and launch of a new personalized digital marketing platform for our retail customers replacing our legacy loyalty marketing solutions and creating a new enterprise-wide national solution.
Support and assist with the development, promotion and launch of retailer websites, kiosks and shopper app solutions.
Lead the promotion and launch coordination of retailer eCommerce solutions.
Lead the development, promotion and support of a comprehensive digital coupons, social media, and email/text strategy and program for our retail customers.
Assist the Commercial Strategic Solutions (CSS) team with the development of a national shopper data analytics platform.
Support the Retail Services team with marketing solutions including print and digital media to promote the team's services including online presence, buying shows, service expos, and other customer events.

Specialized Knowledge: Microsoft Office, Expert in Power Point and Excel; Knowledge in digital marketing and retail technology solutions; Proficient in Mac Adobe Creative Suite
