The Manager, Regional Inventory Control and Quality Assurance (IC/QA) is responsible for inventory control, quality assurance and claims resolution functions in the warehouses across the region. The Manager executes plans to ensure requirements are met through effective supervision of IC/QA team members, resolves issues as appropriate, identifies and recommends process improvements.
Monitor work allocation and adjust as necessary to achieve daily and weekly objectives to include cycle counts, code dating, outbound audits and claims resolution.
Ensure the accurate execution of key processes in accordance with standard operating procedures to include the documentation and retention of records.
Determine handling of mismatches and non-compliance, allocate actions to correct and ensure completion.
Manage staffing levels including filling daily shift needs and manage ongoing administration of the team including recruitment and ongoing performance assessment of employees.
Ensure all IC/QA staff in warehouse are fully trained and necessary tools are readily available.
Collaborate with reporting/analysis group and operational business partners to understand performance and identify potential focus areas.
Carry out ongoing analysis of adjustments, non-compliance and claims to identify problem areas and actions to address.
Implement internal process changes as necessary with management approval.

Specialized Knowledge : Knowledge and experience with budget management, P&L, establishment of controls, performance analysis and interpretation, development of KPIs. Knowledge of the wholesale and/or retail industry.
Special Skills : Strong leadership and project management skills. Decision-making, coaching & influencing, and team building skills.
